Happy Halloween! Riley turned seven months old on Halloween and had a ball celebrating his first spooky holiday. We spent a little time at Trunk R Treat, passed out some candy to our own trick-or-treaters, and then had a party for the youth (Riley was in bed by the time they arrived - he'd had a big day already!).
Riley is starting to get up on his hands and knees so we anticipate some crawling activity any time. He's become an active participant in feeding time; he's holding his bottle with a little help, wants to help with the spoon, and he's just about mastered the sippy cup for his juice. We are working on "bye bye" and waving and he's been giving 'fives' periodically.
